The name Windswept reflects both the creative nature of the business and the realities of running a small, independent studio — balancing craftsmanship, creativity, and family life.
I am largely self-taught, with additional training through selected courses with bakers whose work I admire. I am continually refining my skills and developing new designs to ensure every cake meets the highest standard.
Windswept Cakes is fully registered with the Food Standards Agency and holds a 5-star food hygiene rating.
